Healthy Recipes: Stir Fry with Azuki Beans

Preparation of the Stir Fry with Azuki Beans

Step 1
Soak the brown rice and also the azuki beans for 8-24 hours. After that, pour away the water and use fresh water to cook the rice and beans.
Cook the brown rice and azuki beans first, as they have a cooking time of about 30 minutes. During this time, you can prepare the dish at your leisure.

Tip:
