Whether with vegetable sticks, as a spread on a healthy piece of bread or with warm dishes from the oven – our vegan herb dip is a fine addition to numerous dishes. And best of all – the vegan herb dip is not only extremely healthy, but also consists of only a few ingredients and is very quick to prepare. Depending on the season and your preferences, you can prepare your dip individually with different herbs and spices. As a base ingredient we use coconut yogurt. You can also easily make it yourself. You can find the recipe in our Vivoterra recipes. We have refined our recipe variant of the herb dip with radishes, chives and garlic. The creamy base of the coconut yogurt balances the spicy-hot flavors of the small, red tubers.
Did you know that the fresh leaves of radishes are very aromatic and contain ingredients just as valuable as the tuber itself? The greens provide antibacterial mustard oil glycosides, magnesium and iron. For an extra strong spicy flavor, you can finely chop some of the fresh radish greens and stir them into the vegan herb dip.
There are no limits to your taste buds when it comes to ingredients – try out which combinations are perfect for you.

Tip:
Prepare the vegan herb dip well ahead of time so that it can soak in the refrigerator. You can also stir different herbs such as parsley, dill and coriander or even spring onions into your vegan herb dip. The herb dip will keep for several days in the refrigerator – depending on the ingredients, the flavor can gain in intensity.
