Ingredients for the Health Seed Bread without Flour
- 140 g oat flakes
- 85 g pumpkin seeds
- 55 g sesame seeds
- 65 g hulled hemp seeds
- 90 g ground flax seeds
- 30 g chia seeds
- 25 g psyllium husks
- 40 g tigernut flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 500 ml water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation of the Health Seed Bread without Flour
You need a baking pan – square or round, just as you like – line it with baking paper. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Put all the ingredients – except for the water, the coconut oil and sea salt – in a large bowl and mix them.
Heat 500 ml of water in a saucepan and add 3 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of sea salt. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix everything together to form a dough.
Fill the dough evenly into the baking pan and let it rest covered for 2-3 hours. Then place it in the preheated oven. After 20 minutes, take the bread out of the oven and turn it onto a baking tray so that it can finish baking from the other side for another 40 minutes.
You can cut and top the bread as you like and now enjoy and taste it.
