Ingredients for Summer Dessert with Berries in a Glass
- 300 g mixed berries (blueberries and raspberries)
- 400 g coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 5 tablespoons crunchy muesli

Step 1
For the cream, mix the coconut yogurt with 2 tbsp applesauce and 1/2 tsp ground cardamom.
Step 2
Now layer in small glasses alternately some of the cream with blueberries and raspberries.
Step 3
Finally, add some homemade crunchy muesli on top of each glass.
Tip:
You can prepare this dessert in a glass wonderfully and even store it in the refrigerator for a day – so you have conjured up a quick summer dessert for a healthy buffet.
